We need a copy of your driver’s license, passport, address in Spain and your contact information.

There are no hidden extras. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Our 3rd party insurance covers drivers between the ages of 30 and 70. We can insure drivers of the age of 25 and over the age of 70, but additional insurance will be required.

Yes, you can have multiple drivers insured on the vehicle, we just need a copy of their driver’s license and passport.

We have recently updated our fleet insurance, so all vehicles are covered 3rd party with an excess of the value of the car.

In the event of an accident/damage, the hirer is liable for the full cost of any damage to the hire car only. All other parties are covered.

2. Optional Excess Cover : Hirers are advised to arrange their own excess policy. Policies can be purchased at icarhireinsurance.com for £37.99 a year covering all of Europe.

Yes, the breakdown cover is included in the price.

No, the vehicles are only insured for use in Spain. Limited mileage to 2 hours drive from our base in San Pedro del Pinatar.

You should always keep your driver’s license, passport with you, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required. As well as the Car Rental Agreement.

Our minimum booking period is 4 days.

Once the deposit has been received, the booking is then confirmed, and we will then send over a confirmation email.

The deposit may be deducted if a booking is cancelled.

Yes, we require clients to pay a €150 deposit, which is refundable after 30 working days once all vehicle and fine checks are completed.

The deposit will be returned up to 30 working days after the hire, once all fine and DGT checks are completed.
